Species prices allow you to set the individual cost for each animal that appears on your price list.

Only species with a price greater than 0.00 will be included when you print the price list. Species left at 0.00 will be hidden from the printed version automatically.

To add a new species, simply type it into the input field and click the green "Add to price list" button. Then enter a price in the list to activate it.

Once you’ve completed your pricing, you can click the Print button to preview the final layout. If the list prints across two pages, try removing prices from species you don’t want to include to shorten the length.

The Daily Fees section lets you define services that a client will receive each day during the duration of their hunt — such as PH fees, Observer daily rates, or Daily rifle hire.

Only items that have a price greater than 0.00 will appear on the printed price list. If you enter 0.00, the item will be excluded from the printed version automatically.

To add a new daily fee item to your price list, simply type the name of the service in the input box below and click the green "Add to price list" button. The item will then appear in the list, and you can assign a price to it.

This is a great way to customize your pricing structure for each hunt and clearly communicate daily service costs to your clients.

Item Fees are once-off costs for optional extras or consumable items that the client might use during the hunt — such as ammunition per box, Spa, or a tour or activity like an elephant ride.

These are not charged per day like Daily Fees, but only when the item is actually used. The client is invoiced based on the quantity or specific use of that item.

To add a new item to the Item Fees section, type its name in the input field below and click the green "Add to price list" button. You can then assign a price to it in the list.

Note: Only items with a price greater than 0.00 will be shown on the printed price list. If the price is 0.00, it will not appear in the client’s quote.

Terms and Conditions allow you to add important notes or rules that apply to your price list. These will appear at the bottom of the printed version of the list.

To add a term or condition, simply type it into the input field below the "Terms and conditions" heading, and click the green "Add" button to include it in your list.

You can add as many entries as needed—each one will appear as a bullet point under your Terms & Conditions section.

If you want to remove a condition, just click on the red "X" icon next to it to delete it.

Packages allow you to group animals, services, and days into a bundled offer for your clients. These are often sold as all-inclusive hunts, such as a “Kudu Special” or “First Timer Package”.

To create a package, click the green "Create a Package" button. This will open a form where you can:

• Give the package a name (e.g. “Golden Plains Hunt”)
• Type each item (e.g. species, number of nights, observer, etc.) into the input field
• Click the "Add" button next to the input to build the package list

Once your list is complete, click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the form. The new package will then appear in the main package list.

Finally, enter a price next to the package (for USD, EURO, or ZAR). Only packages with a price greater than 0.00 will appear on the printed price list.
